Ingredients:
- 200g ground almonds
- 200g gluten free oats
- 100g desiccated coconut
- 100g chopped roasted hazelnuts
- 50g coconut sugar
- 6 tbsp coconut oil - to melt
- 6 tbsp honey
- 2 eggs
- Dash of cinnamon
Method:
- Add all of the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl / food mixer
- Melt the coconut oil, and add to the dry mixture, along with the honey.
- Add in the 2 eggs, and mix well to form a dough.
- Spoon small sections on to a lined baking tray, and smooth down to desired size.
- Bake @ 170dg x 30 mins, or until they begin to turn golden.
- Cool on a wire rack.
