▪️This is predominantly an outdoor event (Row & Ski Indoors)
▪️Complimentary snacks & refreshments onsite.
▪️Food will be available to purchase onsite.
▪️Seomra Salainn Wellness Facility (next door) will offer all recovery services including, compression boots, massage chairs, ice bath, infrared sauna and halored therapy.
▪️All podium finishers will receive ELITE flags.
