Stephen and Laura are both Hyrox Pro Athletes with multiple podium finishes. Stephen holds a time of 59:21 and Laura has a time of 1:15:08, both in the Pro category. They have went 58:16 together in the mixed doubles category on a few occasions.

They have both competed in every Hyrox division, they have raced in the World Championships 2023, 2024 and have qualified for the World Championships 2025.

Stephen has over 15 years experience coaching athletes in various sports, and now coaches Hyrox athletes both online and in-person.
