Elite Fitness does exactly what it says on the tin, and what you put in with Stephen you get out in spades! They have a powerful quote “It’s a lifestyle change” which sits firmly above the door as you enter, this is really embodied by Stephen/ Laura every day and the sense of community/ support they have provided me since I joined has really been my biggest motivator. 

I started working with Stephen when I moved to Ballyboughal back in September and it has been the best investment I’ve made in myself in years. During the first lockdown I really struggled to maintain my fitness, felt unfit, my diet was terrible, and I continued this vicious circle which was adding to my mental health struggles. 

I’ve trained for years and I’ve tried everything like Crossfit, running, circuits, HIIT classes etc to seek the results and the consistency I needed but never found the right balance. I always found an excuse to do it next week or Il start tomorrow.

Stephen provides something very unique which is hard to describe in a few sentences. He focuses on long term lifestyle changes not just fitness, he educates on making good food choices not restricting or calorie counting, he creates individual programs that challenge you and instils the belief that you achieve more through consistent encouragement and setting new goals. I feel all these small changes are supporting my long-term transformation which I can sustain long-term. I have not only seen a big change in my body in the last 3 months, but I am feeling fitter, stronger, making better food choices and I am so much happier mentally. 

People may think PT is expensive, but you really cannot put a price on supporting your mental and physical wellbeing, it’s the best money I’ve ever spent on myself and I will continue to work with Stephen and the ELITE team. I’m very excited to continue to see my results well in 2021 and beyond.
