Classes include a combination of Strength and Conditioning exercises suited for everyone. Exercises are tailored to meet your capabilities. Booking Policy: By participating in these fitness classes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in physical activity and hold ELITE harmless from any injury or accident that may occur during or as a result of these sessions.
