Elite is a family run business, specialising in Health & Wellbeing, Fitness and Physiotherapy, based in Ballyboughal.
It is led by Stephen & Laura Harold, who have over 30 years of combined experience in their areas of expertise.
Coach
STEPHEN HAROLD
Stephen has over 20 years of experience and knowledge from working in the health and fitness industry, helping a wide range of clients of varying age groups and capabilities.
He is a Hyrox Pro athlete with multiple podium finishes and an ex Armagh Senior Gaelic Footballer.

Laura is a vastly experienced physiotherapist, having worked for over ten years alongside world renowned surgeons and Sports Medicine doctors, in Ireland’s leading orthopaedic hospital, Sports Surgery Clinic.
She is a Hyrox Pro athlete with multiple podium finishes.
