Banana Bread 🍌🍇🍞



Ingredients:

  • 500g gluten free oats

  • 1 tbsp baking powder 

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon 

  • 4 eggs

  • 3 bananas

  • Handful blueberries/raspberries 

  • Handful mixed seeds

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil 

  • 4-5 tbsp honey 

  • Dash of vanilla essence 

  • Handful of desiccated coconut 

Method:

  • Blitz the oats, and mix with the baking powder, cinnamon, desiccated coconut & mixed seeds.

  • Melt the coconut oil & add to dry mixture

  • Blitz the bananas, eggs, honey & vanilla essence 

  • Add this to the mixture and mix together, adding in the berries also.

  • Bake at 170 for about 40 mins
