Ingredients:
500g gluten free oats
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp cinnamon
4 eggs
3 bananas
Handful blueberries/raspberries
Handful mixed seeds
3 tbsp coconut oil
4-5 tbsp honey
Dash of vanilla essence
Handful of desiccated coconut
Method:
Blitz the oats, and mix with the baking powder, cinnamon, desiccated coconut & mixed seeds.
Melt the coconut oil & add to dry mixture
Blitz the bananas, eggs, honey & vanilla essence
Add this to the mixture and mix together, adding in the berries also.
Bake at 170 for about 40 mins
