Any excuse to have some pancakes!
Ingredients:
- 200g gluten free oats
- 4 eggs
- 2 bananas
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla works well!)
- Dash of milk (lacto-free)
- Half cup desiccated coconut
- Dash of cinnamon
Method:
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a Nutribullet (or food processor)
- Scoop / pour onto a moderate heated pan with coconut oil (or crepe maker)
- Cook on a low heat until bubbles appear in the pancake
- Flip and cook x further 3-4 minutes
- Drizzle with honey, and enjoy with fruit / toppings of your choice.
