Chickpea Protein Balls



Ingredients:

  • 2 tins of chickpeas

  • 150g-200g gluten free oats

  • 3 tbsp honey 

  • 2-3 scoops protein powder (I used vanilla)

  • 3 tbsp cashew butter 

Method:

  • Blend the oats & protein powder and place in a bowl

  • Blitz and blend the chickpeas, cashew butter & honey.

  • Mix all together

  • Using your hands, take sections and roll into balls

  • Place in fridge to set x 20-30mins
