Ingredients:
2 tins of chickpeas
150g-200g gluten free oats
3 tbsp honey
2-3 scoops protein powder (I used vanilla)
3 tbsp cashew butter
Method:
Blend the oats & protein powder and place in a bowl
Blitz and blend the chickpeas, cashew butter & honey.
Mix all together
Using your hands, take sections and roll into balls
Place in fridge to set x 20-30mins
Enjoy.
