Fruit & Berry Crumble 



Ingredients:

  • 200g Gluten Free Oats

  • 100g mixed seeds/chopped nuts 

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp organic coconut sugar

  • 4 tbsp coconut oil 

  • 6 pears/plums/apples - thinly sliced

  • 250g berries 

  • Juice of 1 orange 


Method:

  • Add diced fruit & berries into a medium sized baking dish 

  • Pour juice of 1 orange over the fruit

  • Add oats,nuts/seeds,sugar & cinnamon into a mixing bowl & toss together 

  • Melt the coconut oil & pour over the oat mix, coating all the oats & seeds.

  • Tip the oat/crumble mix over the fruit & spread evenly to cover the top of the dish.

  • Bake for 40 mins @ 180dg until the top is golden.
