Ingredients:
200g Gluten Free Oats
100g mixed seeds/chopped nuts
2 tbsp cinnamon
4 tbsp organic coconut sugar
4 tbsp coconut oil
6 pears/plums/apples - thinly sliced
250g berries
Juice of 1 orange
Method:
Add diced fruit & berries into a medium sized baking dish
Pour juice of 1 orange over the fruit
Add oats,nuts/seeds,sugar & cinnamon into a mixing bowl & toss together
Melt the coconut oil & pour over the oat mix, coating all the oats & seeds.
Tip the oat/crumble mix over the fruit & spread evenly to cover the top of the dish.
Bake for 40 mins @ 180dg until the top is golden.
