Ingredients:
- 200g gluten free oats
- 3 bananas
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup nut butter
- 60ml honey
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup mixed seeds
- Dash cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
Method:
- Mash the 3 bananas, and mix with the honey, nut butter & vanilla.
- Add the rest of the dry ingredients, and mix well (by hand or in food processor.)
- Spoon and flatten onto a parchment lined baking tray, and bake at 180dg for 20-25 mins
- Allow to cool on a wire tray.
