
Ingredients:
200g gluten free oats
4 eggs
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp organic honey
1 banana
Method:
Blitz all ingredients together in food processor / nutribullet
Scoop out a ladle full of mixture
Add to crepe maker / non stick hot pan
Spread mixture out to a thin consistency
Repeat with remainder of mixture
Top / Fill with fresh berries / Fage Greek yoghurt / cinnamon
