Protein Crepes



Ingredients:

  • 200g gluten free oats

  • 4 eggs

  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp organic honey

  • 1 banana

Method:

  • Blitz all ingredients together in food processor / nutribullet 

  • Scoop out a ladle full of mixture

  • Add to crepe maker / non stick hot pan

  • Spread mixture out to a thin consistency 

  • Repeat with remainder of mixture

  • Top / Fill with fresh berries / Fage Greek yoghurt / cinnamon
