“BOUNTY” BARS 



INGREDIENTS:

  • 250g desiccated coconut

  • 75g ground almonds

  • 100g solid coconut oil 

  • 100ml honey 

  • 100g dark chocolate 


METHOD:

  • Blend all of the ingredients (apart from the chocolate) in a good processor 

  • The mixture should be a creamy texture (you should be able to roll the mixture easily.)

  • Press the mixture firmly into a parchment lined baking tray.

  • Put it in the freezer for about half an hour to set.

  • Remove the coconut from the freezer and slice into whatever shape/size you want the bars to be.

  • Melt the chocolate, and drizzle over the bars.

  • Put back in the fridge to set.
