Ingredients:
400g oats
400g pitted dates
100g desiccated coconut
50g buckwheat
4 tbsp cacao powder
250ml dairy free milk (almond / coconut / oat)
1 tsp vanilla essence
Pinch Himalayan Pink Salt
Method:
- Blend oats into a flour consistency
- Blend dates, and add to oat flour
- Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix well to form a dough like consistency.
- Add to a lined tin, flattening the mixture.
- Allow to set in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
- Cut into squares & keep in the fridge to enjoy.
