Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 150g 70% dark chocolate 

  • 100g peanut butter 

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil 

  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

  • 4 eggs

  • 3 scoops vanilla protein powder 


Method:

  • On a low heat, melt the dark chocolate, peanut butter, honey and coconut oil.

  • In a separate bowl,beat the 4 eggs, and and the protein powder & dessicated coconut.

  • Add the melted mixture to the bowl and mix well together 

  • Pour mixture into a lined baking tin 

  • Bake for 15 mins @ 180dg

  • Allow to cool before serving

  • (Store in the fridge)
