Ingredients:
150g 70% dark chocolate
100g peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
4 eggs
3 scoops vanilla protein powder
Method:
On a low heat, melt the dark chocolate, peanut butter, honey and coconut oil.
In a separate bowl,beat the 4 eggs, and and the protein powder & dessicated coconut.
Add the melted mixture to the bowl and mix well together
Pour mixture into a lined baking tin
Bake for 15 mins @ 180dg
Allow to cool before serving
(Store in the fridge)
