Select a heavy dumbbell. Complete 5 rounds of the following exercises as fast as possible:
- Goblet Squat - 12 reps
- Single Arm Dumbbell Row - 6 reps each arm
- Dumbbell Deadlift - 12 reps
- Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press - 6 reps each arm
- 24" Box Jumps
