Festive Oaty Bites


Ingredients:

  • 2 tins of chickpeas

  • 250g gluten free oats

  • 150g desiccated coconut

  • 100g buckwheat

  • 50g coconut sugar

  • Handful of mixed seeds (pumpkin / sunflower seeds)

  • 5 tbsp honey

  • 5 tbsp nut butter

  • 2 tbsp cinnamon / nutmeg / mixed spice

Method:

  • Rinse, drain and blend the chickpeas and place in a mixing bowl.

  • Add the remainder of the ingredients.

  • Mix all together (in a food processor or by hand)

  • Using your hands, take sections and roll to desired thickness - use any cutters / stencils to shape - or alternatively just roll into balls

  • Place in fridge to set x 20-30mins.
