
Ingredients:
2 tins of chickpeas
250g gluten free oats
150g desiccated coconut
100g buckwheat
50g coconut sugar
Handful of mixed seeds (pumpkin / sunflower seeds)
5 tbsp honey
5 tbsp nut butter
2 tbsp cinnamon / nutmeg / mixed spice
Method:
Rinse, drain and blend the chickpeas and place in a mixing bowl.
Add the remainder of the ingredients.
Mix all together (in a food processor or by hand)
Using your hands, take sections and roll to desired thickness - use any cutters / stencils to shape - or alternatively just roll into balls
Place in fridge to set x 20-30mins.
