Nutty Snowballs


Ingredients:


- 300g desiccated coconut

- 100g ground almonds

- 120g honey

- 120g room temperature coconut oil

- 50g chopped hazelnuts

- 1 dash vanilla essence


Method:


- Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.

- Blend to a slightly creamy consistency

- Roll into balls

- Pop into freezer for 15-20 minutes

- Store in an airtight container in or out of the fridge.

- Enjoy!
