Oat Bread


Ingredients:


- 400g gluten free oats - to blend into a flour

- 200g gluten free oats -

- 1 tbsp baking powder

- 1 tbsp cinnamon

- Pinch of Sea Salt

- 60ml coconut oil (melted)

- Handful mixed seeds (pumpkin seeds / sunflower seeds)

- 3 eggs

- 1 banana


Method:

- Blitz 400g gluten free oats in the Nutribullet (to a flour consistency)

- Add the oat flour, 200g gluten free oats, baking powder, seeds, cinnamon, sea salt to a bowl.

- Add the melted coconut oil and mix well

- Blitz the eggs & 1 banana in the Nutribullet

- Add this to the rest of the mixture and mix well.

- Add to a lined loaf tin.

- Bake @ 180dg for 40-45mins.

- Allow to cool before slicing.
